Accounting Manager

Johnson County client is hiring an Accounting Manager due to expansion of their business. This will be a key role supporting the CFO on monthly financials, budget analysis and overseeing the accounting team. This will initially be an on-site position, then will have flexibility for hybrid in the future.

Position Overview:

  • Prepare all monthly accruals, journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financials, compare all variances to budget
  • Accounts payable, receivable posting as well as post payroll journal entries to general ledger
  • Oversee current accounting staff and support the CFO on future accounting team hires.
  • Ensure all accounting transactions are GAAP compliant

Your experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • 3 years + accounting experience including financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Management experience is a +, but not required
  • NetSuite experience a +
