Facilities Business Development Manager

Kansas City Metro area, but open on candidate's location

Business Development Manager that will specialize in the sales of a facilities maintenance solution. This position will be integral in expanding this division of the company and working closely with executive leadership on account planning.


  • Key focus on prospecting, marketing planning and qualifying accounts. Setting appointments with prospective customers via phone, in person and email.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events representing the business and gaining market information and contacts
  • Collaborating with the facilities leadership and operations team to attend prospect/customer meetings and creating customized solutions for new clients
  • Represent the company’s vision, goals/objectives and communicate service offerings/capabilities to customers and prospects
  • Learn service programs and account pricing

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing or related field
  • 2 years + experience in business development and signing on new clients
  • Experience in the facilities, construction or retail industry a (+)
