Our client is a small business in the Johnson County area. They are hiring a HR Manager to support their management team with employee retention and future growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate current recruiting strategy and create new programs to support a proactive recruiting plan
  • Work closely with management team on interviewing and hiring practices to ensure consistency among departments
  • Set up HR policies/procedures
  • Lead employee coaching, reviews and ongoing workforce planning
  • Evaluate current compensation plan and advise management on plans to be competitive within the market

Your experience will include:

  • 5 years + experience in HR Management or HR Business Partner roles
  • Talent acquisition planning and effective execution experience
  • Employee relations experience that supports a supportive culture and building succession planning and internal promotional opportunities
  • You value building culture and supporting a family-oriented environment
