Loan Officer

This is a new role that will assist in the expansion of the bank’s loan programs. This position will primarily be responsible for loan origination and processing.

Overview:

• Prepare new loan documents for consumer, commercial and commercial real estate loans
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, work with clients to collect all needed financial information
• Order title commitments and appraisals
• Build relationships in the area communities through networking events, meetings with area businesses, members/potential members
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure ongoing maintenance of loan portfolios is completed

Requirements:

• 2 years + loan processing experience
• Experience working directly with customers in person and via phone/email
• Banking business development experience preferred
