Part-time Accountant

Healthcare industry client has expanded their business so is hiring a part-time accountant to assist their CFO with ongoing monthly financial statement support. Our client is open to candidates working 10-20 hours per week on a temporary/contract basis.

Overview of position: 

• Prepare journal entries in QuickBooks

• Reconciliations of bank accounts

• Processing invoices, billing invoices to customers

• Payroll accruals

•  Margin analysis reporting which will include extracting data from their time tracking system as well as revenue from QuickBooks and export into Excel/Pivot Tables for analysis. 

• Additional reporting projects upon request

• The leadership team is very positive and will provide support to this role from a training perspective and to allow this role to be successful.

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5 years’ + experience with month end close, financial reporting
• Proficient in advanced Excel
• Collaborative and effective communication skills
