Our client is adding an experienced Payroll Manager to their team.  They are looking for a candidate that is innovative, has the ability to implement process improvement and mentor their team for continued development. This is a fast-paced, high growth company with a large employee population and an entrepreneurial culture.


  • Oversees weekly and bi-weekly payrolls. Ensures accuracy and timely payroll processing and engages communication with outsourced vendors used for payroll tax processing/payments
  • Process bonuses, commissions and deferred compensation
  • As part of the leadership team provide guidance on all payroll regulations, implications of system changes and lead strategy on improved processes that support future growth of the business.
  • Lead payroll team by providing coaching, guidance and employee development


  • 6 years + experience overseeing payroll processes and teams in a lead or management role
  • Experience with high volume payrolls-preferably over 5,000 employees and multi-state payroll background
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. CPP(Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a +
  • Strategic mindset and ability to communicate with executive staff and strong analytical skills
