Summary
As a Product Support Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and providing consultative support to customers in the petroleum industry. You’ll focus on selling parts and service solutions, preparing quotes, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position requires nationwide travel and the ability to manage a territory with professionalism and independence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing petroleum customers.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and underserved markets.
- Conduct site visits, inspect equipment, and prepare accurate repair quotes.
- Serve as a consultant to customers on petroleum product support solutions.
- Partner with internal sales, service, and parts departments for seamless execution.
- Track territory activity, customer calls, and follow-ups.
- Stay informed about product lines, competitive offerings, and territory trends.
- Travel as needed for customer meetings and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow product support sales in a national territory.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in sales or a related customer-facing role (petroleum or equipment industry preferred).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Customer service focus and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in time management and territory planning.
- Must be willing to travel nationally for client visits and company needs.
