We are currently recruiting for a Recruiter position for a client based in the Kansas City Metro Area. Summary

As a Recruiter for our client, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, for offices nationwide. This position offers a hybrid office schedule (4 days in office and one day remote) and the chance to work closely with internal managers to develop effective hiring plans. Your role will be crucial in building a strong candidate pipeline, particularly for professional-level positions, and working with outside recruiting partners.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize social media, job boards, and community partnerships to develop and implement new sourcing strategies that align with business goals.
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring readiness for future hiring needs across all offices.
• Support the use and ongoing development of applicant tracking systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies that increase sourcing options and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with internal managers to create hiring plans that align with business objectives and forecasted growth.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to ensure timely hires for professional-level positions at all levels.
• Optimize the use of applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruiting process and improve candidate experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, either in a corporate setting or with an agency.
• Strong ability to create and recommend new recruiting ideas and programs that support business objectives, knowledge of HR compliance and hiring practices, and proficiency in leveraging various sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
