Regional Seed Manager

Our client in the agricultural industry is adding to their leadership team. This position will work closely with customers, developing customer seed programs, training sales team and meeting/exceeding goals of the organization.

Position Overview:

• Develop prospect lists/sales leads
• Build new client relationships and provide ongoing service to existing customer base
• Develop training for sales team and support team in meetings with customers
• Create product forecasts and inventory reporting
• Provide pricing quotes for customers
• Continued development of positive team culture through staff leadership/mentoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field
• 4 years in agricultural sales/agronomy roles
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to build/maintain professional relationships with customers and internal staff
