Summary
As a Workday Administrator, you will provide expert-level consulting, configuration, and administration services for Workday HCM and Payroll systems. This role involves collaborating with project teams and internal employees to understand business needs, deliver tailored solutions, and troubleshoot issues to ensure system optimization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday functionality, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
What You Will Be Doing
- Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM and Payroll modules to meet organizational needs.
- Integration Support: Manage integrations with business systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in data migration and transformation processes during implementations and system updates.
- Reporting & Documentation: Create custom reports, dashboards, and maintain documentation for configurations and system modifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Workday enhancements and implement best practices to improve functionality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Workday HCM and Payroll modules, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance system functionality.
- Provide timely troubleshooting and issue resolution to minimize disruptions.
- Develop and implement custom configurations and reports to meet business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years as a Workday administrator, consultant, or technical support professional, with proven experience implementing and supporting HCM and Payroll modules.
- Expert in Workday configuration and administration, including Core HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Absence Management. Strong knowledge of Workday security setup, role-based access controls, and proficiency in Workday Report Writer and reporting tools is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
