Workday Procurement Consultant

We are currently seeking a Workday Procurement Consultant to support a client with the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Procurement solutions. This is a hybrid opportunity open to experienced professionals with a strong background in procurement operations and Workday system configuration.

Summary

As a Workday Procurement Consultant, you will lead system implementations, align procurement processes with business goals, and support system improvements across the Workday platform. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of supplier management, inventory, ordering, and Workday integrations—plus the ability to collaborate across functional teams including Finance, HR, and IT.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead configuration, optimization, and implementation of Workday Procurement modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional system configurations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for procurement workflows and integrations.
• Offer subject matter expertise on supplier management, purchase orders, and requisitions.
• Train users and create documentation to support successful adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategy with business needs.
• Monitor Workday releases and enhancements to apply best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary consultant on Workday Procurement implementation projects.
• Configure and maintain procurement features, including supplier records, purchase order flows, and inventory.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive strategic procurement processes.
• Deliver expert-level support and training to end-users.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Procurement implementation, consulting, or system administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement workflows, supplier management, and purchasing systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring requisitions, PO approvals, and procurement integrations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Workday Certification in Procurement (preferred but not required).
