This flexible, part-time role is ideal for candidates with expertise in creating and customizing Workday reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Summary

As a Part-Time Workday Report Writer, you will design and customize Workday reports, analyze critical data, and present actionable insights to various departments, including HR and Finance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability while providing training and support for end users. This role is open to consulting or direct hire opportunities and offers remote flexibility.

What You Will Be Doing

• Report Development: Design and modify custom reports in Workday, including matrix and advanced reports.

• Data Analysis: Extract and analyze data from Workday to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Customization & Support: Collaborate with departments to tailor reports to business needs and provide end-user training.

• Troubleshooting & Documentation: Resolve issues with existing reports and maintain documentation for data sources and methodologies.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Workday features to enhance reporting functionality and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create custom Workday reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users, empowering them to access and utilize data effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve report discrepancies, maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience creating Workday reports, including custom and advanced reporting features.
• Strong understanding of Workday’s data structure, business objects, and calculated fields. Proficiency in data analysis and Excel is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Workday Report Writer Certification or familiarity with Prism Analytics is preferred.
